This Privacy Policy explains how Kan Innovations Private Limited collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data through Foothealth.in — your account, browsing, and order data, as well as data collected during an in-clinic foot assessment for Custom Products.

3. What We Collect

  • Account & contact details — name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address.
  • Order & payment information — order history, amounts, and payment status. Payment instrument details are handled directly by our payment gateway, not stored on our own systems.
  • Assessment information (Custom Products only) — identity/contact details, relevant health flags (e.g. diabetes, ulcer, callus, or similar conditions relevant to footwear fit), and foot measurements, collected during your in-clinic assessment with your consent.
  • Technical & usage data — IP address, browser/device type, and pages visited, including via cookies.

4. How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfil your order; generate a Custom Product recommendation; provide customer support; meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and improve the Platform. We do not use your information for marketing or research purposes unless you separately opt in.

5. Cookies & Tracking

The Platform uses cookies for essential site functionality, such as keeping your cart working, as well as analytics and marketing cookies to help us understand site usage and improve our services. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect how the Platform functions.

6. Who We Share Your Information With

Our storefront, inventory, accounting, and payment-processing service providers; shipping/courier partners, to the extent necessary to deliver your order; a Clinic/Referral Partner, where they placed the order on your behalf. We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with advertisers without your consent.

7. Data Retention

Order and account records are retained as long as required under applicable Indian tax and accounting law. Assessment data collected for Custom Products is retained on an ongoing basis to support future visits and orders, until you request its deletion.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or loss, and will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board of India of any personal data breach as required by law.

9. Your Rights

Access, correction, withdrawal of consent, and erasure of your data, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations; grievance redressal via our Grievance/Data Protection contact above, and thereafter the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Children's Data

We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from a person under 18 without parental or guardian involvement.

11. Where Your Data Is Stored

All personal data collected through the Platform is stored on our own servers located within India. Certain information may also be processed by our third-party service providers named in Section 6 above, in accordance with their own security and data protection practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; the current version is always available on the Platform.
